Settings: Permissions and approvals
The permissions page with grant buttons, approvals, hiding sensitive screens and approval preferences.
Permissions#
An auto-discovered list of every permission CX Agent uses, grouped Runtime permissions, Special access, Services and integrations and Auto-granted, with impact labels (Low impact, Moderate access, High impact) and states (GRANTED, AUTO, TAP TO GRANT). "These controls only unlock capabilities. CX Agent still needs the relevant tool or workflow to use them." Revoke any time in Android Settings. See the Permissions reference for each permission.
Approvals#
Tools you granted with "Always Allow", with Revoke / Revoke all, browser rules, and the auto-approve-everything switch. See Approvals and safety.
Hide sensitive screens#
Blocks screenshots and screen recording on sign-in and API key screens (Android FLAG_SECURE).
Approval preferences#
Your Always ask / Don't ask rules (e.g. "booking a cab under ₹300"). CX reads them before every task.
