CX Translate
Translate typed or pasted text with your translation model; photo translation from the shortcut.
Open Translate from the drawer tiles, CX Apps, or the Translate app shortcut.
- Enter text to translate… or Paste text, pick the target language, tap Translate.
- The result appears below with Copy translation.
- The model used is Settings → AI models → Default models → Translation Model, and its prompt can be edited in Prompts (variables
{source_text},{target_lang}).
Photo translation#
The Translate launcher shortcut opens the camera and sends the photo with "Translate the text in this image." Chat messages can be translated from their long-press menu, and whole web pages from CX Browser (Translate this page).
