Your files and downloads
Files CX made for you, browser downloads, the Downloads screen and where files are saved.
Your files#
Profile → Your files: files CX makes for you and files you download in CX Browser. Save to Downloads puts a copy in Download/CX Agent.
Downloads screen#
Drawer tile Downloads (also in CX Browser's menu):
- List of downloads with progress; Pause all, Resume all, Cancel all, Select all, Share all files, Sort.
- "PDFs, docs, slides, zips, images and videos CX made for you".
- File details (size, type, saved date, location), Rename file, delete.
- Phone storage summary ("CX Browser uses …").
Downloads use the Downloads in progress and Downloads finished notification channels. Browser settings can ask before downloading and restrict downloads to Wi-Fi.
Uploaded files per chat#
Chat menu → Uploaded files lists files attached in that chat with View and Download.
File management#
Settings → Data and backup → Files and storage lists uploaded files with sizes; Clean files deletes files older than N days or all files.
