Add to task sheet (the + button)
Attach photos and files, web search, Deep Research, workspace files, compress history, MCP, permission mode, memory and skills.
Tap + in the composer. The sheet has three tabs: Attach, Tools and Skills. A short guided tour runs the first time.
Attach#
- Take Picture – opens the camera.
- Photos – pick from your gallery.
- Upload File – PDF, documents, code and more.
- Extensions – prompt injections and quick messages for this chat.
Tools#
| Row | What it does |

| Web search | Opens Search Settings: Off, Local (CX searches with the service chosen in Settings → Web search) or Model (the model's built-in search, where supported). The subtitle shows the current mode and service. |
| Deep Research | Turns the chat into a research analyst: plans questions, reads many sources, cross-checks and writes a cited report. Depths: Quick (~1-3 min, 6+ sources), Standard (~5-8 min, 12+), Deep (~15-25 min, 25+), Max (~30-45 min, 40+, every key claim needs 2+ sources). Turn off to return to normal chat. |
| Workspace files | Pick files from the attached workspace. |
| Compress History | Summarise older messages to save tokens (see Long chats and compression). |
| MCP servers | Choose which MCP servers this assistant may use (shown when you have servers). |
| Permission | Manually approve (CX asks before every action that changes something: browser clicks and typing, file writes, commands…) or Automatically approve (CX works on its own and only stops for payments, logins and codes; dangerous commands are still blocked). Also links to Approval preferences. |
| Memory | On: recalls and saves memories. Off: nothing is saved or recalled for chats. |
Skills#
A live list with "n of m on", Search skills, Turn all on / Turn all off. Tap a skill to insert /skill-name into your message; use the switch to enable or disable it. Add skill opens the skills library.
Tip
Hinglish tip: Research ka kaam ho to Deep Research → Standard chuno. Report sources ke saath aayegi.
