Rich cards in chat
Weather, stocks, maps, recipes, quizzes, timelines, mind maps, shopping, news, YouTube and other cards CX shows instead of plain text.
Many answers arrive as interactive cards. Each card type can be turned off in Settings → Customization → Layout, cards and looks → Rich cards in chat (a card turned off is shown as plain text).

Reply layout#
Long answers can appear as a summary card with "n min read" and a Key takeaway. Tap to read it all, share in one tap. A plain-reply bubble has View steps when tools were used.
