Your message menu#
Copy, Select Text, Reply, Edit, Resend, Share, Save as quick message, Create a fork (start a new chat from this point) and Delete.
Reporting a reply#
Report asks What's wrong with it?: Wrong or made-up info, Not helpful, Harmful or dangerous, Offensive or sexual, Unsafe code or action, Privacy problem, Broken reply, Something else, plus an explanation. The reply, your note, the model name and the app version are sent to the CX team for review. Nothing else from the chat is sent.
Translation of a message#
Translate lets you choose a language; the translation appears under the message with Expand/Collapse and Clear Translation. The model used is set in Default models → Translation Model.
Regenerate and branches#
Regenerate writes a new version (confirm first). Each version is a branch; use Previous/Next branch. Editing your own message also creates a branch.
Follow-up questions#
When CX needs input it shows a question sheet: single or multiple choice ("Select all that apply"), ordering ("Use the arrows to reorder"), or Type your own answer, then Submit. If you leave the app, a "CX Agent questions" notification reminds you.
