CX PDF
Library, viewer, search, Ask CX about a PDF, creating PDFs, merge, split, compress, passwords, images to PDF and settings.
CX PDF is a full PDF app inside CX Agent. Open it from CX Apps, Profile → CX PDF, or open any PDF from another app (CX Agent appears as a PDF viewer).
Library#
- Search PDFs by name, or Search inside your PDFs (full-text search across all PDFs, showing page numbers).
- Folders: New folder…, Move to folder, delete folder (PDFs stay in All PDFs).
- Per-file menu: View in CX PDF, Share, Save to device, Print, Open with…, Details, Rename, Make a copy, Edit text, Pages: extract or split, Password, Compress, Delete.
- Empty state: "No PDFs yet – Create or import a PDF. It stays inside CX PDF."
Viewer#
Smooth zoom, page thumbnails (All pages), Go to page…, Find in PDF, Copy page text, Print, Save to device, Open with…, Details and Ask CX. Password-protected PDFs ask for the password.
Ask CX about this PDF: type a question in the bottom box. Sending with an empty box opens a new chat with the PDF attached.
Creating PDFs#
New PDF:
- Start from a template, or write in the editor (title, colour;
#makes a heading,-makes a list). The editor shows words and estimated pages; drafts are saved ("Draft · tap to keep writing"). - Write with CX: describe it ("Q3 sales report with a revenue table and key takeaways") and tap Generate; CX uses its
create_pdftool.
Tools#
