Notifications reference
Every notification channel, what triggers it and how to control it.
Control any channel in Android Settings → Apps → CX Agent → Notifications (turn off, change sound or importance). In-app switches are listed where they exist.

Android's own DownloadManager also shows a notification for app update downloads.
