CX Browser: basics

CX Browser (version 1.9.0) is a fast, private browser inside CX Agent with AI built in. Open it from CX Apps, the app shortcut, links in chat (choose CX Browser or Chrome), or install it as its own app icon.

New tab#

"Where to?" – Search or type URL, Recent searches, Recently visited, Suggested for you, Scan QR code, New incognito tab. Back to chat opens your tasks while tabs stay open; Exit browser closes it (tabs are saved).

Address bar#

Search with your chosen engine, Refresh, Bookmark this page, Share, Bookmarks, History, and while AI works Stop AI / Back to chat.

Tabs#

• Your tabs with "n open"; long-press a tab to Pin, Add to group, Open in split view, Copy link, Share link, Close tab.
• All tabs screen: search tabs, Recently closed, Close duplicate tabs, Close tabs older than 7 days, Close all incognito tabs, Close all tabs.
• Select tabs → Add all tabs to chat (AI) or Group tabs….
• Incognito: history isn't saved; optional Wipe data after incognito.

Split view#

Two pages side by side (or a page plus AI chat). Swap panes, Open as main tab, Show page full screen, Close split view. In the AI pane: "Ask about the page next to this one", Summarize this page.

QR scanner#

Scan with the camera (or from a photo). Results: open link (warns for insecure http), copy Wi-Fi password, add contact, send email/SMS, open in maps.

Default browser and icon#

Browser settings → Default browser makes CX Browser handle all web links. CX Browser icon: pick the icon used in the menu, loaders and the home-screen shortcut; Add CX Browser to home screen.

Find, text size, desktop site#

Find in page (n of m), Text size (A− / A+, also a global Page text size), Desktop site, Reader mode, Save as PDF, Pull to refresh.
