Settings: Data and backup
Backup and restore (cloud, local file, WebDAV, S3, Turso), reminders, imports, storage cleanup and file management.
Backup and restore#
Tabs:
- Cloud backup (signed in): Automatic backup once a day, Back up on Wi-Fi only, Back up now, Restore my chats, last backup time. Only you can access your backup.
- Local (import/export): Export to File (choose Chat Records and Files), Import from File (overwrites app data, then restart), Import from ChatBox (providers and full chat history) and Import from Cherry Studio (provider configurations).
- WebDAV Backup: server address, username, password, path, items; Test Connection, Backup Now, list backups with Restore / delete.
- S3 Backup (S3 or Cloudflare R2): endpoint, access key, secret, bucket, path style, region, items; same actions.
- Turso Sync: database URL + auth token; Upload chats / Restore chats (chat history only; use S3/R2 for attachments).
- Reminder: Enable Backup Reminder and interval in days.
New users may see a Back up your chats prompt; on a new phone Backup found → Restore my chats or Start fresh.
Storage#
"Used by CX Agent" per category with separate actions: Clear session files, Remove Linux, delete workspaces, Back up, Delete all chats, Manage files, Clear browser cache, Clear app cache. Tip: back up before you clear chats or sign out.
Files and storage#
Uploaded files with sizes, Clean files (older than N days or all), delete individual files.
