Admin panel (admins only)
What the in-app admin panel does for CX team admins.
Visible only to accounts with admin rights (Profile → Admin panel). Normal users never see it.
- Unlocked with an admin passcode (only a salted SHA-256 hash is stored); Lock / Change admin passcode.
- App config: display values and feature flags published to all users (real CX AI limits are enforced by the backend). Publish to all users asks to confirm.
- Announcements: create, edit and delete popups shown once per user on the chat screen (and as a notification). Links must start with https://.
- Shared links: look up a shared chat by id and delete it through the backend admin route.
- Feedback stats (likes/dislikes), reports and a worker health check.
Other remote content (sponsors, About text, welcome card, admin skills, Composio orbit switches, MCP catalog overrides, maintenance and minimum version) is managed from the CX web admin and applied without app updates.
